“We’ve had heron for both pest and lawn service at our house for nearly 10 years. The service has been consistently very good, especially our pest control tech, Lucas Lague, who is super friendly and does a great job every time. They’re also good about coming out to address issues between scheduled visits when necessary, like during ant swarm season. The only thing that could be improved is the billing system because I have to pay for the pest and lawn care bills on different schedules, which is a bit inconvenient. Wish they would just bill me each quarter instead of after every visit.“

“Service was great. Lerry was very helpful. Edgar and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. They couldn't get the job done on first visit because of truck issues and problems with their machine. They were very apologetic, even after driving 4 hours for my job. They volunteered to come back the next week, even though it was supposed to be their weekend off. They again drove 4 hours the following week to get at my house at 8:00 am to start our job. They got the job done in about 4 hours with one break to prevent heat exhaustion. Very pleased with the job and noticed a difference almost immediately. Thanks to Lerry he also held my check until the job was completely finished. Good coordination. The four stars are only because of the lack of a completely prepared truck to drive for a job.“
