To begin with I already love truly Nolan and the service they provide, but Ricky went above and beyond he had no issue with explaining any information to inform me on the service I was being provided. I didn’t mean to BUG him (pun intended ) but, I was generally curious about the services. I was being provided. He was quick and efficient, friendly, and polite. Even when I Explain to him that I would return the dirt that was removed myself he somehow got away With leaving my property the way it was before he arrived without my help again thank you truly Nolan also added a picture to show you. The trap is low profile so I won’t have any issues with the lawnmower.“

“The method of closing the vents below the house, not good. Need to improve with nice vents that may be sold as extra. Yes, every house is different. What you use now, the concrete looking tube with wire mesh, is messy and not clean look for historical house. I rather put wire mesh strip cut to size like Truly Nolen use to do. Let owner buy a nice screen, find what looks best and install. Michael did what he had to do. I think it was Jorge who can Friday to check the traps, liked him a lot. Very knowledgeable. Anyway, I hope we found all the holes. A dead rodent inside my wall is not a peasant smell to live with.“

Sometimes a 2-3 day notice isn’t the most convenient to schedule around. It would be ideal if when my service tech was leaving we could discuss a mutually convenient time to schedule ahead.“
